Ben and Kate have spent the last 2 years working extremely hard positioning Flow Athletic as a ‘luxury brand’ for your 25 and over fitness conscious demographic living in and around Paddington NSW who is looking for a truly professional, local community led gym that offers premium Yoga, Strength, Spin, Outdoor and a Personal Training experience.
Ben and Kate say that: “Flow Athletic is the gym for people who hate going to gyms.” — with their years of experience having designed and developed a unique program that provides a balance between Strength and Yoga.
The AVOCA Ventures team have been retained to look at the Flow business and offering holistically as a whole. We will use disruption design techniques to understand customer behaviour on and offline inversely scale the business by injecting our Customer Experience and User Experience, Creative, Print, Digital Media, Social, Video, Strategy and Software Applications expertise throughout the course of the next 13 weeks.
“Our business objective is to hit 1,100 active Flow Athletic members in less then 13weeks without damaging the Flow brand’s core values, community and customer experience.” Says Bart Jawien founding partner of AVOCA Ventures.
To put it into perspective – we are led to believe the fitness industry in Australia peaks in Spring between the 1st of September and ends in mid-December. The fitness conscious demographic is self-incentivised to be looking and feeling amazing by the time Summer hits which is around November 9th. Leaves only 9 weeks for Flow Athletic to onboard around 200 new and 50 existing members who have been inactive or hibernating through the winter period and now are keen to be able to wear or feel at their ultimate physical and mental state.
You can follow our progress at facebook.com/flowathletic as we’ve devised a 13 week Digital & Creative campaign with on and offline touchpoints.
