Even with the recent surge in COVID-19 cases, a lot of places are still allowing offices to continue re-opening even though they probably shouldn’t be. That means that the option to work from the office may once again be available. Companies are going to be faced with the question of whether to stay remote across the board, fully bring everyone back to the office, or give people the option. So far it seems like that third option is going to be the most popular — but it’s also the most problematic for employees.
