Why did Optus engage Avoca?
We were responsible for designing & digitising the eSim Onboarding for the Apple Series 3 Watch.
What Avoca did.
Provide a lead product design steer, service design and management consulting.
Result/outcome:
The automation and self-serving capability was a critical strategic business decision for Optus - i.e. to be the first in the market to resell the Series 3 Watch in the Asia Pacific region.
